Curtain Hire

When sourcing our fixed presentation curtains we decided from the outset we only wanted the best equipment and materials we could obtain to ensure any presentation went as smooth as possible and gave a real professional ceremony for our Clients.  We were just not happy supplying some cheap velvet curtains on a plastic swish rail – it would not be acceptable to us so why should it be acceptable to our Clients. 

Portable Presentation System

Stand with Sponsors Board underneath curtains ready to take advertising logos - ideal for press shots.		Stand ready to fit flush against wall for plaques already fixed to wall.  Board easily fixed to take plaque for presentation.

No need to put holes in walls for hanging presentation curtains, our mobile system is suitable for plaques already in situ or fix plaque to board on stand and erect plaque on the wall after ceremony. We deliver, erect and collect - no other similar system or service available elsewhere.

Will take plaques up to 900-950mm wide and curtains are about 700mm drop

Our fixed presentation curtains are manufactured by one of the leading theatrical drape manufacturers in the world who have experience in all areas ranging from amateur and professional theatre, TV studios, sports and leisure arenas, cinemas, schools, nightclubs and civic halls including the supply and installation of stage equipment and drapes for The Royal Opera House London and other prestigious venues around the world.  Please therefore consider that we are one of the few companies offering this quality of presentation curtain hire to our Clients.

The NDFR velour curtains are available in plum red or royal blue (other colours will be added to range in time) are flame retardant and the tracking is a renowned high grade precision-engineered siliconised aluminium tracking system guaranteeing smooth, quiet and trouble-free operation.

FIXED CURTAIN HIRE PRICES (not portable system)

A refundable deposit of £120 (to cover any loss or damage) is required prior to hire. We ask for 2 cheques at commencement of hire one for the hire cost and one for the deposit.  Upon return of equipment without loss and damage we just return your deposit cheque - unpresented. Credit card details also acceptable on same basis.

The cost of the three day hire is:

If supplied with a plaque from our ourselves - £25.00 (a4) or £35 (larger plaques)

If supplied without any plaque - £45.00 (A4 size plaques) or £55 (larger plaques)

£10.00 carriage from ourselves to your designated site.

You are responsible for the return carriage charges (registered and insured) which will be paid by yourselves when returning.

A daily charge will be incurred of £10 per day for late return of the equipment after hire period ends
